摘 要 研究测试了不同批次、不同型号单向透气膜(VAP膜)的透气性能,并利用扫描电镜对VAP膜的微观结构进行扫描分析,测试结果表明,VAP膜透气性与其成型工艺相关,并且与涂层截面的孔隙相关,涂层截面孔隙率越高,透气性越好;另外,透气性与涂层表面孔洞数量无直接相关性。

ABSTRACT The air permeability of different batches and different types of VAP membranes was tested, and the microstructure of VAP membranes was scanned and analyzed by scanning electron microscope, and the test results showed that the air permeability of VAP membrane was related to its molding process and the porosity of the coating section, and the higher the porosity of the coating section, the better the air permeability. It is worth mentioning that the air permeability is not directly related to the number of pores on the surface of the coating.
