Study on Optimization of Intelligent Control of Temperature and Humidity in Spice Powder Production Workshop in 5G Environment

Abstract: In this paper,on the basis of intelligent control technology of temperature and humidity in 5G environment,the temperature and humidity control problem in spice powder production workshop is optimized.A four-layer architecture intelligent control system is constructed by combining 5G internet of things technology with edge computing,so as to improve production eficiency,reduce energy consumption and stabilize product quality. The results indicate that 5G networks have significant advantages in improving real-time temperature and humidity control as well as controlling accuracy,energy efficiency and system stability,and can effectively reduce energy consumption,enhance the retention rate of flavor components,and improve powder flowability.This result validates the application prospects of 5G technology in intelligent production.
