Abstract：This paper first explains the concept of records inventory and its significant value.ltthenanalyzes thenew requirementsthat information governance goals impose on records inventory work. Based on these requirements， thepaper systematically proposes strategiesand methods for conducting records inventoriesin the context of the information age.Finally， the pa perexplores the implications of this strategic systemfor China’simplementation of the“threein-one"archival management frameworkat the institutional level，with the aim of providing referenceand support for the development of archival work in China.
