国外档案事业中长期战略规划的内容、焦点与启示

Abstract：This paper selects the recent strategic plans for the archival sector from seven foreign countries and systematically sorts out the planning content， themes and strategic goals based on their planning texts.It concludes that the medium and long-term strategic plans for the foreign archival sectormainly focus on three aspects：publicparticipation，service optimization and digital transformation.In light of China'sactualsituation，especiallytheachievementssince the "14th Five-Year Plan"，this paper intends to drawinspirations for formulating the "15th FiveYear Plan" for the development of China's archival sector based on the contentand characteristics of the relevant foreign plans.
