柑橘黄龙病分区治理技术模式构建及实践

Abstract： Citrus Huanglongbing （HLB） is currently the most devastating disease in global citrus production，causing severe economic losses to the industry. The inability to achieve pure in vitro culture of the pathogen has hindered understanding of its pathogenic mechanisms，and no effective curative treatments or resistant cultivars are yet available. Conventional control strategies mainly rely on three core measures：using disease-free nursery trees，implementing areawide coordinated management of the citrus psyllid （Diaphorina citri），and prompt removal of infected trees. Since the initiation of the“ 13th Five-Year Plan”，collaborative efforts led by organizations such as the National Citrus HLB Integrated Prevention and Control Collaborative Inovation Alliance have facilitated in-depth research on key technical challenges and regional management models. Significant progress has been made， and the demonstration and application of these technical models have shown promising results. This paper summarizes these technical approaches and practical experiences to provide guidance and reference for HLB control in citrus-producing regions.
