ABSTRACT：Interleukin-17（IL-17）andits receptorfamily members areinvolvedinavarietyof pathophysiological processes. Studies haveshown thattheIL-17familymaybecloselyrelated totheoccurrenceanddevelopmentof interstitialcystitis/ bladder pain syndrome（IC/BPS）.This paper explorestherelationship between the IL-17familyand IC/BPS，introduces the membersandstructuresoftheIL-17familytheirvalue ininflammatorydiseases，anddiscusesindepththeIL-17pathwaysin IC/BPS and the latestresearch progress.Research has found that the IL-17 family isupregulated in IC/BPS，related to the exacerbationof pathologicalinflammatoryreactions，ndresponsiblefor maintainingthechronicinflammatorystateof IC/BPs patients.Inaddition，IL-17isalsoasociatedwitheuroinflammation，painndotherbiologicaleffects inIC/BPS.Thiseview aimsto deepen theunderstandingof the mechanisms underlying IC/BPSand to providereferences forthe development of new therapeutic strategies.
