经膀胱镜钬激光筛孔状开窗术在41例儿童输尿管囊肿治疗中的应用

ABSTRACT：ObjectiveTo explore the eficacy of transcystoscopic holmium laser sieve-shaped fenestrationin the treatment ofureteralcysts inchildren.MethodsTheclinicaldataof 41children with ureteralcysts treated inour hospital during Jan. 2019andDec.2O23wereretrospectivelyanalyzed.Allchildrenreceived thissurgery.The perioperative indicatorsand postoperative outcomes were recorded.ResultsAlloperations were succesful，the average operation time being （32.20± （204号 11.49）min.During thel2-month follw-up，thecysts were reducedor theobstructive symptoms wererelieved in 3lcases，and the cysts completely disappeared in6cases.Vesicoureteral reflux（VUR）developed in4cases，1 of which had gradeⅡ VUR with no obvious symptomsand receivedconservative treatment.Repeated urinary tract infections developed in 2 cases; obstructive symptoms remained unchanged inlcase；these3cases received vesicoureteral replantation.Two days before operation and 3 months after operation，the ureter diameter was （9.95±2.38 ）mm and （7.41±3.39 ） mm （ ：t=3.16，P< 0.05），the anteroposterior diameter of the renal pelvis was‘ （13.32±2.63）r nm and ： ConclusionTranscystoscopic holmium lasersieve-shapedfenestration forchildren withureteralcysts has good eficacyitle traumaandfewcomplications.Itcanquicklyrelieveobstructive symptoms andcan beusedas the initial treatmentof ureteral cysts.
