ABSTRACT： Based on the unique mechanism ，⋅， photodynamic diagnosis （PDD）and photodynamic therapy（PDT） are widely used inthedetectionand treatmentof cancers inrecent years.PDDcan significantly improve thedetectionrateof blader tumors，therebyreducingtherecurencerate，hich makes itarecommended clinicaltool.Duetothelackofclinicalevidence， the applicationof PDTis limited.However，forpatientswhoresist conventional treatments，PDTcan beanimportant alternative.This paper reviews theresearch historyof PDDand PDT，summarizes the currnt research status of them in the treatmentof blader tumors，and prospects the future development.The improvement of photosensitizerandthecombined application of other therapies are the key directions of future research.
