Cultural new quality productivity： Appearance logic， theoretical connotation and development path

Abstract： Cultural new quality productivity represents a new form of new quality productivity in the process of cultural development and construction. It not only innovatively develops and adapts to the current era the important Marxist idea of "cultural materiality" in China， but also profoundly distills the valuable experience of the Communist Party of China in cultural construction over the past century. Furthermore，it serves as a response to the current era's demands for promoting high-quality development and achieving Chinese-style modernization. Cultural new quality productivity is characterized by the organic integration of "high technology，high eficiency and high quality"，operates through a synergistic mechanism of "technology，factors and industries"，and is structurally optimized by the combination of "laborers，means of labor and objects of labor". To develop cultural new quality productivity，it is necessary to accelerate the cultivation of cultural laborers who are empowered to support talent for Chinese-style modernization， strengthen technological innovation in the cultural field to promote technological empowerment，prosper and develop cultural undertakings and industries to build a solid material foundation，and deepen reforms in cultural systems and mechanisms to foster new cultural production relations of new quality.
