ABSTRACTObjectiveToassess hemodynamicchanges middlecerebralartery(MCA)by transcranialcolor-code sonography(TCCS)inpatientswithcoronaryslowflow(CSF),andtoanalyzeitscorelationwiththrombolysis inmyocardial infarctionframecount(TFC)coronaryartery.MethodsAtotal1OOpatientsclinicallysuspectedcoronaryarterydisease admited todepartmentcardiologyinour hospital wereenroled,including55patients withCSF(CSFgroup)and 45 patients with normal coronary flow(NCF group).TCCS was employed to measure MCA blood flow parameters in both groups, including peak systolic velocity(PSV),end-diastolic velocity(EDV),mean blood flow velocity( ΔVmean ),resistance index(RI), andpulsatilityde(P).Additioalyteleftnteirdescendingartery,eftiumfleteryndigtorae weredetected bycoronaryangiography.Thecorelationsbetween hemodynamic parametersand TFCcoronaryarteryin patients with CSFwere analyzed.ResultsCompared withNCFgroup,PSV,EDV,Vmean,PI,andRIinCSFgroupwere decreased,whileCeftanteriordescendingartery,eftircumflexartery,ndightcoronaryarterywereincreased,ith statistically significant differences(all P<0.05 ).Correlation analysis showed that ΔVmean and PSV were negatively correlated with TFC he leftanterior descending artery,left circumflex artery,and rightcoronary artery in patientswith CSF(all P<0.05 ) There wereno corelations between remaining hemodynamic parameters MCA with TFC coronaryartery.
ConclusionPatients withCSFexhibitabnoralhemodynamicsMCA,andseabormalitiesarenegativelycorrelatedwith TFC oronaryartery.TCCS has acertain clinicalvalue inassessng hemodyhamic changes MCA in patients with CSF.
