口腔卫生与胃幽门螺杆菌的相关性
Abstract Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection is associated with the development of multiple gastric diseases. Transmitted via the oral‐oral route, this bacterium has been detected in dental plaque, saliva, and feces, indicating that the oral cavity may serve as a potential reservoir for Hp and even a source of gastric Hp reinfection. However, whether oral Hp should be eliminated after successful gastric eradication therapy remains debated. This article reviewed the association between oral hygiene and gastric Hp, aiming to clarify the colonization patterns of Hp in the oral cavity, the association between oral conditions and the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying Hp eradication and recurrence, thus providing reference for optimizing future Hp eradication protocols.
