Advances on Anti-tumor Action Mechanism of Effective Ingredients of Traditional ChineseMedicine

Abstract： Traditional Chinese medicine has many advantages in the treatment of tumors，such as low adverse reactions and mult-target coordination.Byregulating certain signaling pathways，causing tumor apoptosis，controlling the celldivisioncycle，and inhibiting the binding of PD-1andPD-L1，some traditional Chinese medicines can improve immune cell recognitionof tumors，lessen the negative efectsof chemotherapyandradiation，improve theemotional states of tumorpatients，incuding fatigue，depression，and insomnia，and improve thetherapeutic effectofcancerpain. The combined application of traditional Chinese medicine and surgery，chemoradiotherapy，immunotherapyandother methods willhave more and more broad space.Over the past five years， we have examined the advancements made in the beneficial constituents of single Chinese medicine for the treatment of cancers，and we have included some references for pertinent staff members.
