Abstract： With its high incidence and mortality，cancer has emerged as asignificant challnge in global human health.The treatmentofmalignant tumors has transitioned from traditional surgical therapy，radiation therapy，and chemical therapy to a new era of targeted therapyand immunotherapy. Inhibiting tumor development by influencing the immune system and improving the tumor microenvironment has become a novel approach to tumor prevention and treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine's multi-target and multi-pathway properties make ita popular choice for clinical tumor treatment.Numerous studies have demonstrated that traditional Chinese medicine can modulate the activity and function of immune cels，alter the course ofthe immune response，and effectively treat various immune diseases.In order to provide new insights for clinical tumor prevention and therapy utilizing traditional Chinese medicine，this research examines how the tumor microenvironment is affected by the immune system in order to exert anti-cancer effects.
