技能大赛对专业人才培养质量提升研究与实践

——以数控机床装调与技术改造赛项为例

摘 要：在职业教育变革的时代背景下，技能大赛是高职院校技能教育、实践教育的重要形式，是技术技能型人才培养的重要抓手。以杨凌职业技术学院数控机床装调与技术改造赛项为例，分析人才培养中存在的问题，提出针对性解决措施并付诸实践，以此培育更多具有大国工匠精神的技术技能型人才。

Abstract：Under background of vocational education reform，skill competition is an important form of technical education and practical education in higher vocational colleges，and an important starting point for cultivation of technical and skilled talents.Taking the numerical control machine tool assembly and adjustment and technical transformation competition of Yangling Vocational and Technical College as an example，problems existing in talent training were analyzed.To cultivate more technical and skilled talents with the spirit of craftsmen in a big country，targeted solutions were put forward and put into practice.

职业教育的目标是培养具有一定理论知识和专业技术技能的应用型人才，和学历教育不同，职业教育更强调实践技能和实际工作能力的培养，使受教育者获得从事某一职业所必需的知识和技能，简而言之，职业教育重在应用型人才的培养[1]。（剩余6130字）
