“新农科”背景下高校人才培养模式探索

——浅谈农林院校的国际化人才培养质量提升策略

摘要 在全球化背景下，农林高校对优秀国际化人才的需求逐渐提升。在分析现阶段农林院校国际化人才培养现状和困境的基础上，分析发达国家国际化人才培养经验，并从教育模式、师资队伍、国际合作等方面提出农林院校国际化人才培养提升途径，同时结合“新农科”背景，探讨未来国际化人才培养趋势。

Exploration of International Talents Training Under the Background of the Emerging Agricultural Science：Discussion on the Strategy of Improving the Quality of International Talents Training in Agricultural and Forestry University

Abstract Under the background of globalization，the demand for outstanding international talents in agricultural and forestry universities is gradually increasing.Based on the analysis of the current situation and dilemma of international talent training in agricultural and forestry universities，the experience of international talent training in developed countries was analyzed，and the ways to improve international talent training in agricultural and forestry universities were put forward from the aspects of education mode，teaching staff and international cooperation，and the future trend of international talent training was discussed in the background of “the emerging agricultural science”.

国家现代化发展离不开农业农村现代化，农业人才的现代化是实现农业农村现代化的关键，在全球经济和技术一体化的时代背景下，各个学科领域都需要具备国际视野和跨文化沟通能力的高素质人才，培养全面发展的国际化农业科技人才成为“新农科”建设的重要战略需求。（剩余5731字）
