病死畜禽无害化处理的研究进展

摘要 病死畜禽的无害化处理关系畜牧业的高质量发展，是保障生态环境、公共食品卫生安全和人体健康的重要环节。就病死畜禽的产生状况、无害化处理的相关法律法规、技术方法及发展趋势等方面进行分析和探讨，以期为推进和提高我国病死畜禽无害化处理与资源化利用水平提供参考。

Research Progress of Harmless Treatment of Diseased Livestock and Poultry

Abstract The harmless treatment of dead animals and poultry is related to the high-quality development of animal husbandry， and is an important link to ensure the ecological environment， public food hygiene safety and human health. In order to provide reference for improving the level of harmless treatment and resource utilization of diseased livestock and poultry， this paper analyzes and explores the production status  of diseased livestock and poultry， relevant laws and regulations， technical methods， and development trends of harmless treatment.
