后扶贫时代农村多维防返贫治理困境与优化路径研究

摘要从历史发展、地理位置、生态环境、人口资源4个主要方向出发，对农村多维防返贫治理困境核心因素进行探索，提出农村地区防返贫治理存在的困境和优化治理路径的对策，为后扶贫时代农村地区巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果、稳固脱贫基础提供切实可行的政策建议。

Research on the Predicament and Optimization Path of Rural Multidimensional Anti-poverty Governance in the Post-poverty-alleviation Era

AbstractStarting from the four main directions of historical development， geographical location， ecological environment， and population resources， this paper attempts to explore the core factors of the multi-dimensional poverty prevention and governance dilemma in rural areas， and proposes the existing difficulties in rural areas and the countermeasures to optimize the governance path. It provides practical policy suggestions for consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and consolidating the foundation of poverty alleviation in rural areas in the post-poverty alleviation era.
