板栗种质资源果实性状的遗传多样性分析

摘要 为研究板栗果实性状遗传多样性,以来自12个省(市)的59份板栗资源坚果为研究对象,测定单粒重、可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量、蛋白质含量4个品质性状。结果表明,所调查的板栗资源遗传多样性丰富,为板栗良种选育提供重要参考指标。

Abstract In order to study the genetic diversity of nut, 59 Chinese chestnut resources from 12 provinces were used to determine the single nut weight, soluble sugar content, starch content and protein content. The investigated Chinese chestnut resources were rich in genetic diversity, which provides an important reference index for the breeding of improved varieties of Chinese chestnut.
