昭通市省级公益林管理的问题及对策

摘要 为搞好公益林的管理、保护和建设，以云南省昭通林业及省级公益林管理为例，结合当前的相关政策、法律法规，分析了公益林管理中存在的问题，并针对性地提出了相应的对策和措施，对今后加强和改善公益林的管理具有一定借鉴。

Problems and Countermeasures of Provincial Public Welfare Forest Management in Zhaotong City

Abstract In order to do a good job in the management， protection and construction of public welfare forest， taking Zhaotong forestry and provincial public welfare forest management as an example， combined with the current relevant policies， laws and regulations， this paper analyzed the problems existing in the management of public welfare forest， and put forward corresponding countermeasures and measures， which has certain significance for strengthening and improving the management of public welfare forest in the future.
