Application and practice of the presentational assimilation discussion model in Pharmacy course teaching

AbstractTo cultivate appliedand versatile high quality talents in fields suchas agriculture,pharmacy,etc,a reform of presentational assimilation discussion teaching in Pharmacycourse was carriedout,with studentsas the center and based ontheconceptof outcomebased education(OBE),combined with bridge in,objective,pre assessment, participatory learning,post assssment,and summary,to explore the construction of a teaching model of“OBE + (204号 BOPPPS+presentational assimilationdiscussion".Bybridging inintroducing videosandbridge-in (B),as wellas publishing OBE teachingobjective(O),aim to stimulate students’interest in learning; effectively testing students’ preview effectivenessand enhancing their abilityto analyze problems through pre-assessment (P); integrating the presentational assimilation discusion into the participatory learning(P) module,through group discussionsand whole class discussions,to enhance students’communication and logical thinkingabilities;consolidate students’learned knowledge through post-assessment (P); the teacher conducts a post class summary(S) to gain a deeper understanding of the students’mastery ofthe knowledge points.Practice shows thatthis teaching model can efectively improve teaching effectiveness,andtheaverageoverallscoreofstudents has increased from 81.81pointsinthe pastto85.67points.This article provides references for similar teaching reforms.
