农业保险助力乡村振兴的问题研究与优化对策

——以芷村镇枇杷产业为例

摘 要：农业保险能保障农户生产经营，是乡村振兴的支持保护制度。该文基于芷村枇杷产业政策性、商业性农业保险的案例分析，探寻其存在的问题，提出丰富保险业务和险种、简化手续、优化服务、完善监管体系、建立农业再保险制度等优化对策，以期为农业保险更好地助力乡村振兴提供参考。

Research and Optimization of Rural Revitalization Assisted by Agricultural Insurance

——A Case Study of Loquat Industry in Zhicun Town

Abstract： Agricultural insurance can guarantee farmers' production and operation， and is a supporting and protecting system for rural revitalization. This paper uses the multi-case analysis method to list the policy cases of loquat industry and commercial agricultural insurance in Zhicun Town， find the existing problems， deeply explore the underlying reasons and influence mechanism， and offer some optimization countermeasures such as rich insurance business and coverage， simplify procedures， optimization services， perfect regulation system and establishing agricultural reinsurance system， in order to provide reference agricultural insurance to better help the country revitalization.
