克劳斯炉高温热电偶失效分析与优化

摘 要:高温热电偶是克劳斯炉炉膛温度监测的重要仪表设备,然而,克劳斯炉进料气的多样性、复杂性、不确定性,对炉膛高温热电偶能否保持长期有效运行带来了很大挑战。针对克劳斯炉高温热电偶在运行中的失效问题进行原因分析,提出优化措施,解决了克劳斯炉高温热电偶不能长期有效运行的问题。

Abstract:
The high temperature thermocouple is an important instrument for monitoring the temperature of the Kraus furnace chamber. However, the diversity, complexity and uncertainty of the feed gas of Kraus furnace bring great challenges to the long-term effective operation of the high temperature thermocouple of the furnace. The reasons for failure of high temperature thermocouple in Klaus furnace are analyzed, and the optimization measures are put forward to solve the problem that the high temperature thermocouple in Klaus furnace cannot run effectively for long.
