摘 要:描述了壳牌煤气化装置湿洗单元水浊度波动案例,通过对比分析该案例与以往浊度变化,提出在工艺操作中要做到严格按照工艺指标,避免出现超压、超负荷运行,同时做好工艺操作条件稳定优化。

Analysis of Water Turbidity Fluctuation in Shell Coal Gasification Wet Washing System

Abstract:
This paper describes the case of water turbidity fluctuation in the wet washing unit of the Shell coal gasification plant. Through comparative analysis of this case and the turbidity change in the past, it is proposed that the process operation should be handled strictly in accordance with the process indexes to avoid overpressure and overload operation, and at the same time stable optimization of the process operation conditions shall be made.
