绿色低碳制无水氨生产工艺模拟

摘 要:利用Aspen Plus 软件模拟欧华能源有限公司11.1万t/a绿色无水氨生产工艺,根据对电解水制氢、空压制氮和合成氨的流程进行模拟和物料衡算,对主要精馏塔、电解槽等主要设计进行选型计算,为绿氨合成经济节能优化和工程化提供理论和数据支持。

Abstract:
Aspen Plus software is used to simulate the 111,000 t/a green anhydrous ammonia production process of Ouwa Energy Co., Ltd. The processes of hydrogen production by electrolytic water, air compressed nitrogen and synthetic ammonia are simulated and the material balances are calculated, and the type selection and calculation of such main design as that of the main distillation tower and electrolyzer are carried out, providing theoretical and data support for the economic and energy-saving optimization and engineering of green ammonia synthesis.
