[Abstract]This article focuses on theapplication of artificial inteligence（AI） technology in the diagnosis and treatment of arhythmias，and briefly introduces the latestrelevant research findings from both domesticand international sources.Itnotonlyoutlines the capabilityof AI in significantly improving the detection eficienc and accuracy of arrhythmia screeningand diagnosis，but alsoemphasizes itsvalue in theprediction of arhythmia and the risk of its related complications，and guidanceof itsclinicaltreatment.Furthermore，thisarticle summarizes the challenges faced by AI in arrhythmia management，including data quantity and quality issues，the“black box” efct inAIlearning process，model generalization issues，ethical issues in technology，andthe clinical acceptance of AI models.Finally，it looks forward to the prospect ofAI technology deeply integrating with medicine，and comprehensive application in all aspects of arhythmia diagnosis and treatment，so as to optimize medical resource allcation and medical service workflows，increase medical efciency and quality，and improve patients’prognoses.
