大数据时代背景下高职院校人力资源管理探析

摘 要：在信息化高速发展的今天，高职院校人力资源管理面临着更加复杂的局面。人力资源管理是高职院校非常重要的工作之一，对高职院校发展方向和可持续发展具有决定性作用。文章从当前高职院校在大数据时代背景下人力资源管理存在的问题为切入点，研究高职院校人力资源管理新办法、新举措。

Abstract：In the rapidly developing information age，human resource management in vocational colleges is facing increasingly complex challenges.As one of the most important tasks in vocational colleges，human resource management plays a decisive role in the development direction and sustainable development of these institutions.This paper investigates new methods and measures for human resource management in vocational colleges by analyzing the existing problems in this area in the context of the big data era.
