屈原法治文化的当代意义

摘 要：屈原在其作品中，反复强调守“规矩”、明“法度”、循“绳墨”的法治观念；在其政治活动中，亲身经历了拟“宪令”、出“号令”、议“国事”的法治建设过程。屈原作品及其政治活动，在立法、执法、司法、守法方面都有体现，蕴含着独特的法治思想，对我国当代法治建设具有历史意义。

The Contemporary Significance of Qu Yuan’s Rule of Law Culture

Abstract：In his works，Qu Yuan repeatedly emphasizes the rule of law concepts of abiding by “rules，” clarifying “laws and regulations，” and following “guidelines and standards”;in his political activities，he personally experienced the process of rule of law construction，including drafting “constitution，” issuing “orders，” and discussing “national affairs.” Qu Yuan’s works and political activities reflect the aspects of legislation，law enforcement，judiciary，and law-abiding，containing unique rule of law thoughts，which are of historical significance for China’s contemporary rule of law construction.
