Effects of Different Water and Nitrogen Coupling on Physiological Indexes and Yield of Protein Mulberry

Abstract:Inorder tosolvetheproblemsof slowgrowth,lowyieldandlowwaterandfertilizerutilizationeficiencyof protein mulberry inaridand semi-arid areas,the plant height,basal diameter,aboveground biomass and protein contentof protein mulberry to diferent water andnitrogen treatmentswere analyzed bycarying out water and nitrogencoupling testof protein mulberry.Atthesame time,taking yield,wateruseeficiencyand partial factor productivityofnitrogen fertilizerastheoptimal objectives,theeffectsof diferent waterandnitrogencoupling treatments on theyield,waterand fertilizeruse eficiencyof protein mulbery were analyzedbyregressonanalysis, and the regulation mode of promoting water and nitrogen was put forward.The results showed that the coupling of waterandnitrogen had significant efectonsoil moisture content in2O to40cmsoillayer.The interaction between nitrogenapplicationrateand irigation amount had significant efectsonplant heightand basal diameterof protein mulberry,andhadextremelysignificanteffects onabovegroundbiomassandleaf proteincontent.Regressionanalysis showedthat theyield,wateruseeficiencyand nitrogenpartialfactorproductivityof proteinmulberywere the best when the nitrogen application rate was 67.24\~82.06 kg·hm -2 and the irrigation amount was 164.30\~200.59 mm. Above resultscould provide theoretical supportfor theeficient planting of protein mulberyand thescientific management of water and fertilizer in arid and semi-arid areas,which was of great significance for improving the biological yield and benefit of protein mulberry.
