Abstract:To study theefect of exogenous Chlorellonphysiological characteristicsofflue-cured tobacco seedlings under drought stress,the tobacco variety‘Zhongyan1OO’was as the experimental material.The seedling of fluecured tobacco was sprayed water as control(CK),and treated withdrought(D),and was sprayed by5O(T1),100 (T2),15O times(T3)of Chlorellvulgaris on the basisof drought treatment.The physiological characteristics of flue-cured tobacco seedlings under diferent treatments were compared.The results showed that the application of Chlorella vulgaris increased the antioxidant enzymeactivity,soluble protein content,photosynthetic characteristics andchlorophyllcontent of tobacco,anddecreased thecontent of malondialdehyde and proline decreased.T1 treatment had the best efecton promoting growth and developmentof flue-cured tobacco under drought stress.In conclusion,theapplicationofChlorellvulgaris could effectivelyaleviatethe impactofdroughtstress onsedlingof flue-cured tobacco.
