Genome-wide Identification and Tissue Expression Pattern Analysis of HSP7O Gene Family in Thinopyrum elongatum

Abstract:Heat shock protein7O(HSP7O)constitutes a highly conserved and potent protein family.However,the investigationof HSP7OinThinopyrumelongatum has notbeendocumented.To identifyand studyHSP70 gene family inThinopyrum elongatum,TeHSP7O genes wereidentified based on the systematicapplicationof bioinformatics methodsand their expression patterns under salt stress and indifferent tissues were systematicallyanalyzed.The results showed thata total of 29 TeHSP7O genes were identified in Thinopyrum elongatum,whichwascategorized into3subfamiliesand evenlydistributed across7chromosomes.There were 26 TeHSP7O genes localized in cytoplasm,and all29 TeHSP7O genes included alpha-helix,extended strand,beta-turn and random coil. The TeHSP7Os genes exhibited highlyconserved motifs and diverse gene structures,and included multiple hormonal and stres-responsive cis-acting elements inupstream.Thecollinearityanalysisrevealed the presence of3colineargene pairs,as wellas tandem repeat and segment repeat events,within 29 TeHSP7O genes,and there were numerous homologous gene pairs among Thinopyrum elongatum,riceand wheat,whereas there was a scarcityof such pairs between ThinopyrumelongatumandArabidopsis.Protein interactionnetworkanalysisrevealed thattherewere11TeHSP7O genes withacomplexandcloselyprotein interactionnetwork.Analysisofexpressionpatters showedthat,with increasing ofsalt stress(0\~30O mmol·L-1),7 TeHSP7O genes exhibited continuous up-regulation and 6 TeHSP7O genes showed continuous down-regulation,while theremaining16memberseither did not showanyexpressionor displayed inconsistent changes.Similarly,25 TeHSP7O genes were expressed across all tisses,and 4 TeHSP70 genes were only expressed in some tissues.Above resultsprovided efective references for further analysis of HSP7O genes function of Thinopyrum elongatum.
