Abstract:【Objective】Investigating the efectsof light conditionsandculture medium typeson the asymbiotic germinationand seedling growthof Neogymagardneriana seeds,to establish afoundation fortheresource conservation, artificial propagation,and utilization of Neogyna gardneriana.【Method】 Using seeds of Neogyna gardneriana as experimentalmaterial,theywereinoculatedintothreediffrentculture mediumandcultivatedfor3OOdaysundereither 24-hour lightor4-hourdark conditions.Germination,diferentiation,and seedling growth wereobservedand recorded. 【Result】Underallculture conditions,seedsof Neogyna gardneriana began to germinatewithin 2O-36 days,with germinationgenerallyourring earlierunder light culture thanunderdark culture.With the exceptionof the MS medium under 24-hourdark culture,all other treatmentscompleted the developmental stages from embryo expansion and protocorm formationtodiferentiationintoleaves,rootsand pseudobulbs,ultimately establishing seedlings.The highest total germinationrate(81.85 % )anddifferentiationrate( 69.79% )were observed inthe1/2 MSmediumunder24-hour light culture.Seedlings cultured in Hyponex No.1medium,whether underlightordark conditions,showed bettergrowth thanthose inother treatments,with the most pronounced improvement in root growth.Two-wayANOVA results indicated thatlightsignificantlypromotedseedgermination,whiletheculture mediumplayedamajorroleindiferentiation,sedling establishment,and subsequent growth.【Conclusion】Theoptimal method for promoting seedgerminationand growthof Neogyna gardneriana involves initial cultivation on 1/2 MS medium under 24-hour light conditions to complete seed germination,differentiation,andseedling establishment,followedbytransfertoHyponex No.1mediumforrot development and seedling strengthening.

贝母兰亚族(Subtrib.Coelogyninae)是兰科植物中兼具观赏与食药用价值的一大类群,如贝母兰属(CoelogyneLindl.)植物因与石斛具有类似的药用价值,近年来被用于代石斛类药材应用;石仙桃(PholidotachinensisLindl.)全草可入药,具有镇痛、抗疲劳等作用;独蒜兰属(PleioneD.Don)植物均极具观赏价值,深受公众喜爱[3]。(剩余8115字)
