Abstract:【Objective】Theeficient in vitro propagation technology of Authurium andraeaum‘Pink Champion’ was studiedinordertoprovideacertainexperimental basis forthefactoryseedling.【Method】Theeffectsofthedifrent explantsonthecalusinductionandtheeffectsofthediferentculture mediaoncallusdifferentiation,proliferationand rooting were studied byusing the aseptic seedlings of Authurium andraeaum 'Pink Champion’ as the experimental materials.Result】 Cultured for 6O days in the same induction medium,thecallus inductionrate of stemsegments ( 93.33% )was thehighest.When thecallus was cultured for 6O days and9O days,the differentiationrate of adventitious buds in the medium of MS + 0.25-0.50 mg/L 6-BA was significantly higher than that of MS +1.OO mg/L 6-BA.The callus cultured for9Odays withoutcutting werere-inoculatedontheold formula medium for1OOdays,thediferentiation coeficientofadventitious budsandthedrymaterproliferationcoeffcientinthe mediumofMS+O.25mg/L6-BAwere the highest. The rooting rate of 1/2 MSbasic medium was significantly higher than that of MS basic medium.And the rooting rate of rootless seedlings reached 100% when cultivated in the medium of 1/2 MS+0.20 mg/LNAA + 1.0O g/L activated carbon(AC)for12days.【Conclusion】Inthe eficient in vitro propagation of Authurium andraeaum‘Pink Champion', stem segments were most suitable for inducing callus.The medium of MS+0.25mg/L 6-BA was most suitable for callus differentiation and proliferation.The medium of 1 12MS+0.20mg/L NAA +1.00g/L AC was most suitable for rooting.
