Abstract：【Objective】AglaonemaSchottwasan excellent indoor foliageplant，but itsvariety names were mixed in introductionand production，and therewasalack of unified descriptive basis forvarietycharacteristics.Sodeveloping a distinctness，uniformity，and stability（DUS）testingguidelinefor A .Schottthatwasinlinewith China'sactual situation andinternational standards was recessry.【Method】32Aglaonema Schottvarietyresources werecollected.According to therequirementsofGB/19557.1"GeneralPrinciplesforTesting theDistinctness，UniformityandStabilityofNewPlant Varieties"and the "InternationalUnion for theProtectionof New Plant Varieties（UPOV）TG/323/1"document as the mainreference，combined with domesticbreding levelandproductionreality，observationand statisticalanalysis were conductedtodeterminetheDUStestingguidelineforAglaonema SchottinChina，including thegradingstandardsfor testing characteristics，quantitativecharacteristics，andcorrespondingstandardvarieties.【Result】62testcharacteristics wereultimatelydetermined，including55basiccharacteristicsand7selectedcharacteristics;Theminimumsignificant diference methodwasusedtodetermine thegradingcriteria for1Oquantitativecharacteristics.【Conclution】Compared withtheTG/323/1file，one traithadbeendeleted，eightnewcharacteristicshadbeenadded，andtheexpressionstatusand codeof ne trait hadbeenadjusted.This provides technical supportforthescientificdescription，DUS testing，andvariety authorization ofAglaonema Schott，and was of great significance for the breeding of new varieties.
