Clinical Study on Yiqi Qingdu Prescription Combined with Human Interferon α2a Suppository for Persistent HPV Infection After Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure

Abstract:Objective：To observe the clinical efect of the combination useof Yiqi Qingdu Prescription and human interferon α2a Suppository on persistent HPV infection after loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP). Methods:A total of90 patients who were reviewedand stillhad HPV infectionthree monthsafterLEEP were selected from Shengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023.Theyweredivided into the observation group and the western medicine group according tothe random numbertable method，with 45 cases in each group.Acording to the exclusion criteria，finally43 cases were respectivelyincluded intheobservation groupand he western medicine group with two cases being excluded in each group.Both groups were treated with LEEP.The western medicine group was treated with human interferon α2a Suppository after LEEP，and the observation group was additionallytreated with Yiqi Qingdu Prescription based on the treatment in the western medicine group.Both groups were treated for three menstrual cycles.The clinical effects inthe two groups were evaluated.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores，negative conversion rates of HPV infection and the levels of immune function indexes（Tlymphocyte subsets CD3 + ，CD4 ⋅+ and CD8+，and CD4 Fℓ /CD8+ ratio） were compared between the two groups. The recurrence in the two groups was followed up for three and six months.Results:The total effctive rate was 88.37% (38/ 43）in the observation group，higher than that of 69.77% （30/43）in the western medicine group（ P+ levels in the two groups were dwindled when compared with those before treatment，andthe CD8+level in the observation group was lower thanthat in the western medicine group ( P
