Introduction of FENG Shulan's Experience in Treating Chronic Nonspecific Low Back Pain with Nine-Needle Acupotomy Loosening Technique for Lumbar and Abdominal Regions

Abstract：Chronic nonspecific low back pain（CNLBP）is a disease characterized by low back pain lasting for more than 12 weeks withanundefined etiology.Basedontheoretical guidance such as "Patients with yang diseases have a bent-back postureandcannot bend forward，while patients with yin diseases cannot look upward"and"When the governorvessel isaffected byillness，treat the governor vesel；the treatment focuses onthearea above the bones，and for severecases，it involves the region below the navel，"Professor FENG Shulan，incombination with the main symptoms of CNLBP patients，including pain upon bending and rising from a seated position，proposed a treatment concept of"removing pathogenic factors fromthe lumbarregion first，supplementingdeficiency intheabdominal region later，and treating both regions simultaneously" during clinical acupotomy treatment.Through thecombinedapplication of acupotomy therapy to both the anteriorandposteriorregions，the goals of removing pathogenic factors， supplementing deficiency，unblocking collaterals and correcting deformities to stop pain were achieved.

慢性非特异性下腰痛（CNLBP）是指除神经根性压迫、椎管狭窄及特定脊柱疾病等相关病因之外的腰部（肋骨下缘至臀横纹之间）疼痛疾病，常持续12周以上，伴或不伴腰部肌肉僵硬拘紧、张力升高、压痛阳性及下肢症状。（剩余6868字）
