Research on Acupoint Selection Rule for Auricular Point Pressing Intervention in Allergic Rhinitis Based on Data Mining Techniques

1.TheFirst ClinicalMedicalScholofGuangzhouUniverstyofChineseMedicine，GuangzhouGuangdong510405，China；2.Department ofOphthalmology，theFirstAfiliatedHospitalofGuangzhouUniversityofChineseMedicine，GuangzhouGuangdong510405，China Abstract：Objective：To study the acupoint selection rule and commonly used auricular acupoint stimulation quantities forauricular point presing intervention in allergic rhinitis（AR）based on data mining techniques.Methods： Literature onauricular point pressing intervention for AR was retrieved from CNKI，CBM，WanFang，VIP，PubMed， Cochrane Library，and Web of Science（WOS）databases，with the search period extending up to August 6，2023. Frequencystatistics and association rule analysis were performed on the includedauricular acupoint prescriptions，and the commonly used materials and auricular acupoint stimulation quantities were summarized.Results：A total of 61 auricular acupoint prescriptions were included，involving 27auricular acupoints.The top three most frequently used auricularacupoints were internalnose （TG4），lung（CO14），and external nose （TG1，2i）.Association ruleanalysis showed thatthe most commonauricular acupointcombination was lung-internal nose.The commonlyused materials for

auricularpoint pressing was Vaccariae Semen，with the numberof daily presss concentratedbetween twotofour times， theduration of each press concentrated between one to five minutes，and the frequencyof auricularacupoint replacement concentrated between two to three times per day.Conclusion：Auricular point pressing intervention for AR follows the principles of syndrome diffrentiation，disease location selection，and neuroanatomical selection.The most commonly used auricular acupoints for treating AR with auricular acupressre are internal nose（TG4），external nose（TG1，2i），lung（CO14），adrenal gland（TG2p），spleen（CO13），and wind stream（SF1，2i），with additional acupoints including pharynx larynx （TG3） and trachea（CO16）.
