Medication Rules of LI Shuliang in Treating Chronic Pharyngitis Based on Data Mining

Abstract：Objective：Through collecting and sorting out the outpatient chronic pharyngitis cases of Professor LI Shuliang，anddata miningbased on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System（V2.5），the ideas of Chinesemedicine diferentiation and treatment and medication rulesof Profesor LI in treating chronic pharyngitis were discussed.Methods：Medicalrecordsof patientswith chronicpharyngitistreatedin Professor LI'soutpatient Department of Otorhinolaryngology in Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from 2016 to 2019 were colected by retrospective study.The medical records meeting the inclusion criteria were recorded；a prescription database was established，and statistics of medicinal frequency，association rule analysis and entropy cluster analysis were conducted respectively.Results：The study included 215 cases and 216 prescriptions，involving atotalof156 kindsofChinese medicinals，andthe frequencyofuseofChinesemedicinalswas3114times.Intermsof fourqi，the Chinese medicinals were mainlycold and warm，in terms offive flavours，the Chinese medicinals were mainly sweet and biter，andthe main channel entries were lung，stomach and spleen channels.There were 12 core groups of Chinese medicinals and6new prescriptions.Conclusion：Professor LI pays attention to the diferentiation and treatmentof the lung，spleen and stomach intreating chronic pharyngitis，takes scatering the windas the first， makes good use of the sweet-cold medicinals to clear heat，and pays atentionto banking up earth to generate metal.

慢性咽炎为咽部黏膜、黏膜下及淋巴组织的慢性炎症，以异物感、烧灼感、干燥感、痒感、刺激感等各种咽部不适感为主要症状，病程一般较长，往往在用嗓过度、受凉或疲劳时加重或反复。（剩余6217字）
