我国U16女子跳高助跑最后两步技术的运动学特征分析

摘  要：采用技术动作录像拍摄与分析等研究方法，对我国U16女子背越式跳高运动员助跑最后2步的速度、节奏、内倾角、重心高度的变化进行运动学特征分析，旨在为我国青年女子背越式跳高运动员的助跑最后两步技术训练提供理论参考。

Analysis on Kinematics Characteristics of the Last two Stepsin the High Jump run-up of Chinese U16 women

Abstract： The kinematic characteristics of the changes in speed， rhythm， inclination Angle and center of gravity in the last two steps of the run-up for Chinese U16 female back and Vietnamese high jumper were analyzed by means of technical motion video shooting and analysis， in order to provide theoretical reference for the technical training of the last two steps of the run-up for Chinese young female back and Vietnamese high jumper.
