涉农高校产业学院助推乡村振兴人才培养模式探索

——以上海农林职业技术学院智慧农业产业学院为例

摘  要：产业学院是实现产教融合、协同育人发展的重要载体和必要途径，该研究以上海农林职业技术学院智慧农业产业学院为主要研究对象，从建设内容与组织建设、人才培养体系构建、师资培养及实训基地环境建设等方面进行探究，旨在培养新时代“新农人”，为优化产业学院建设提供参考。

Abstract： Industry College is an important carrier and necessary way to realize the industry-education integration and coordinated educational development. This study takes the College of Smart Agriculture at Shanghai Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry as the main research object. This paper probes into the content and organizational construction， the construction of talent training system， the training of teachers and the environmental construction of training base， in order to train "new farmers" in the new era and provide reference for optimizing industry college construction.
