官联

古代官员在官署衙门撰题的对联。最早始于宋代，明清时期逐渐兴盛。他们撰写对联并悬置官署衙门，作为施政纲领，告知民众，并以此公布自己的官风、政愿和心迹。

Official couplets were written by officials for government offices in feudal China. Theyfirst appeared in Song Dynasty and became gradually popular during the Ming and Qingdynasties. Officials wrote the couplets and hung them on the gate of their office building toinform the public of their style of government， policy agenda and aspirations.
