Abstract With the continuousdevelopmentof agricultural inteligence，society has put forward higherrequirements for agriculturalmachinery talents，and the importanceof cultivating skilledtalents has become increasingly prominent. Higher education institutions，asone of the main waysofstudent cultivation，playan importantrole in their development.Taking the course "Agricultural Machinics"as theentry point and practical teaching as the leading fore， the ways of updating the curiculum system，transforming the teaching mode and improving the teaching staff are discussed inorder toenhance students'practical innovationability，enablestudents to developcomprehensively，meet thedifferentneedsofsociety，andprovide talentreservesforthedevelopmentstrategyofagriculturalmodernization.
