AbstractFrom the perspective of enhancing the safety capacity of hydrological monitoring,basedon the current situationofhydrological monitoringatthegrasrots level inNingxia,theproblemsexisting inthehydrological monitoring work in Ningxiaare deeply expounded,the specific paths toimprove the hydrological monitoring methods in Ningxiaare explored,and targeted countermeasuresand suggestionsare puts forward suchasimproving the managementsystem,enhancing thequalityof personnel,and implementing the upgrading project of hydrological facilities,inordertoeliminatethesafetyhazardsexistinginthehydrological montoringwork inNingxia.Itaims to provideatheoretical basis for improving the safety capacityand level of hydrological monitoring in Ningxia.
