发酵饲料对昆明犬幼犬生长性能、警用性能及肠道健康的影响

Abstract： [Purpose] To investigate the effects of adding fermented feed to diet on the growth performance， police performance and intestinal health of Kunming dog puppies. [Methods] Ten 62-64 days old Kunming dog puppies were selected and randomly divided into control group （CG） and experimental group （EG）. CG was fed with basal diet， EG was fed with 40% of basal diet +60% of fermented feed， and both of them were fed for 28 days.During the experiment period， growth performance and diarrhea rate of the two groups were determined; fecal samples were collected on the 28th day for 16S rDNA sequencing; and on the 22nd and 29th day， the police performance was scored. [Results] Compared with CG， the average daily gain of EG was significantly increased （P<0.05） ， and the feed-to-gain ratio and diarrhea rate were significantly decreased （P<0.05） ; the police performance scores of EG were significantly higher （P<0.05） on the 22nd and 29th day. The ACE and Shannon indices of EG were significantly higher （P<0.05） ; at the phylum level， the relative abundance of Fusobacteriota was decreased， and the relative abundance of Proteobacteria was increased （P<0.05） at the genus level， the relative abundance of Limosilactobacillus，Lactobacillus，Streptococcus and Phascolarctobacterium was significantly increased （P<0.05） ， and part of them were positively correlated with police performance （P<0.05） .[Conclusions] Fermented feed can optimize the intestinal flora structure of Kunming dog puppies， improving intestinal health， reducing diarrhea rate， and improving growth performance and police performance.
