Abstract：Parosmia，as one of the sequelae of COVID-19，has shown a significant increase in incidence and severelyaffectspatients’qualityof life.Currently，western medical treatmentsare limitedand often yield suboptimal results.Based onthe theoryof simultaneous treatment of the lung and spleen，thisarticle explores the etiology and pathogenesis of post-COVID-19 parosmia and discusses therapeutic approaches and methods.By tracing ancient medical texts，this analyzes and discusses the relationship between the lung，spleen，and nose， alongwith clinical treatment strategies，and propose targeted therapeuticprotocols.The combinationof simultaneous lung-spleen treatment and integrated acupuncture-herbal medicine therapy highlights the advantages of holistic regulation and individualized treatment in traditional Chinese medicine.
