【Abstract】ObjectiveTo improve the understanding of the disease byanalyzing the CT imaging manifestation of adult patients with primary varicellpneumonia.MethodsRetrospectivelyanalyze the CTimagesof31adult patients with primary varicell pneumonia.ResultsThe main CT imaging manifestation of this group included multiple pulmonary nodules with obscure borders，distributed along broncho vascular bundle，just like fruits on the tree， minoritylesions were ground glass opaque and patchy shadows，allof them coexisted often.ConclusionThe main CTfindings of adult primary varicella pneumonia are pulmonary nodules with halo sign，which mainly invade the axial interstitial of the lung，and both parenchyma and interstitial may be involved.
