【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the application value magnetic resonance apparent difusion coefficient （ADC）quantitative gray histogram in Ki-67 expression inpatients with clear cell renalcarcinoma.MethodsFrom September 202O to November 2O23，41patientswith clear cellrenal carcinoma diagnosed by pathologyat Xiamen were selected，including 14 cases in Ki-67high expression group and 27 cases inthe Ki-67 low expresion group.Forty-one patients underwent routinerenal magnetic resonance imaging before surgery，including difusion-weighted imagingandits derived ADC images.Histogram features were extracted from theADC imagesandused to predict Ki-67 expression.ResultsThe standard deviation，variance，and coefficient variation the ADC plot showed statistical differences （P<0.05） between the Ki-67 low expression group and the high expression group，while the other histogram parameters did not show statistical differences.Conclusion ADC gray histogram can beused for preoperative prediction Ki-67expression in patientswith clearcell renal carcinoma，and can provide reference value for the diagnosis and treatment subsequent clinical diseases.
