【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the evaluation value of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging（DCE-MRI）quantitative parameters and ultrasound breast imaging report and data system（BI-RADS） clasification in ultrasound breast imaging.MethodsA total of97 patients with breast nodules inour hospital from January2O22 to December 2O23were collcted.With surgeryor pathological biopsyas thegoldstandard，the diagnostic results and diagnostic eficiencyof breast BI-RADS grading and DCE-MRI under ultrasound were analyzed， and the DCE-MRI imaging characteristics and TIC of patients with diffrent breast nodules were compared.Results There was no significant diference in sensitivity，accuracy，specificity，missed diagnosis rate，misdiagnosis rate， positive predictive value，and negative predictive value between the two methods （ P >0.05）. The malignant group had higher proportions of uneven internal enhancement， edge spiculation，and early enhancement rate of ⩾ 60% than those inthe benign group，while the proportion of regularshape was lowerthan that inthe benign group （P 0.05）.The proportion of platform type and efusion type （clearance type）in the malignant group was higher than that in the benign group，while the proportion of inflow type was lower than that in the benign group （ P <0.05）.Conclusion DCE-MRI has high value in the diffrential diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions in breast nodules，and can simultaneously observe the tumor microvascular supply and morphological changes of the lesion，which has high clinical application value.
