【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo analyze the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT （MSCT） perfusion parameters combinedwithserum growth diferentiation factor15（GDF-15）level for the diagnosisof renal cellcarcinoma. MethodsA retrospective case-control study was conducted to investigate the MSCT perfusion parameters and serum GDF-15 levels of 64 patients with renal cellcarcinoma（study group）admited toour hospital from June 2020 to December 2O23，and 64 healthy individuals（control group）who underwent physical examination during the same period.The levels of various indicators were compared among patients with diferent stages of renal cellcarcinoma， and their correlation was analyzed.Partial regression analysis was used to investigate thecorrelation between MSCT perfusion parameters and serumGDF-15 levels and the occurrence of renal cellcarcinoma in patients，as well as the diagnostic value of combined detection for renal cellcarcinoma.ResultsThe perfusion parameters of MSCT inthe study group，including blood flow（BF）and surface permeability （PS），were lower than those in thecontrol group，while the mean transit time （MTT） and serum GDF-15 level were higher than those in the control group（ P <0.05）.The comparison of parameters BFand PS level at admission inpatients with diferent stages，at admission showed that patients with stage II-IV
