以技术性贸易措施研究促进河北对外市场开放战略研究

摘 要：本文基于河北省对外市场开放发展现状以及对外市场开放呈现出的特点，探索技术性贸易措施带来的市场开放效应，从技术性贸易措施角度对河北对外市场开放提出建议，降低对外开放阻力，畅通对外开放渠道，打造对外开放引擎。

Research on Strategies to Promote Hebei’s Opening to External Market with Researches on Technical Trade Measures

Abstract： Based on the development status of Hebei province’s opening to external market and its characteristics， this paper explores the market opening effect brought by technical trade measures， and puts forward suggestions for Hebei province’s opening to external market from the perspective of technical trade measures， to lower the resistance to opening up， smooth the channels of opening up， and build the engine for opening up.
