标准制修订项目管理及质量提升路径研究

摘 要：本文结合标准化工作实践经验，分析了标准制修订项目管理的现状及存在的主要问题，并从标准申报、标准编制、标准宣贯实施和标准化人才培养等方面给出了提升标准质量的对策建议，为深入推进标准制修订质量提升，促进标准化高质量发展提供有效经验和思路方法。

Abstract： This paper analyzes the current situation and main problems of standards development and revision， combining practical experience of standardization work. To improve the quality of standards， the paper puts forward measures and suggestions for aspects including standards declaration， standards development， standards promotion & implementation， and standardization talent training， which provides effective experience and ideas for further promoting the quality of standards development and revision and boosting the high-quality development of standardization.
